Shipping Policy

At Rainelle, I strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it moves into processing right away so there are no unnecessary delays.

Pre-Order & Production Time

The dragon jeans are made to order. Because each pair is produced individually, orders take 3–5 weeks to be made and shipped out. This production window is shown at checkout, so you'll always know the timeframe before you buy. Please note that this time may extend slightly during high-volume periods, and you'll be kept informed if anything changes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress every step of the way. I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for updates and estimated delivery dates.

Shipping Address

Please make sure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Rainelle is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
