Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to me. Rainelle offers a 30-day money-back guarantee only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

If you experience an issue with your dragon jeans, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a refund request, please contact me at omerbuisnessacc@gmail.com with:

• your order number, and
• a brief description of the issue (including photos or videos if applicable).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, I'll provide instructions for the return process. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Please note:

• Because the dragon jeans are made to order, refunds are not issued for pre-order production times that fall within the stated 3–5 week window.
• Refunds are not issued for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.
• Refunds may be declined if the product shows signs of misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
